Vacation Residence Les Floralies is located in the highly prized district of Saint-Clair, two kilometers away from the city center of Lavandou, an authentic village of fishermen by the Mediterranean, at the foot of the Maures mountains. The residence offers an exceptional living environment, so you may enjoy your holidays and explore the marvels of the French Riviera.
Hidden from the mistral and the east wind, Vacation Residence Les Floralies enjoys an exceptional climate, since it benefits from the sea breeze at day and the aromatic fragrance of the Maures forest at night.
The general opinion is that no other site on the French Riviera embraces such a view on the sea, the Cap Bénat, and the Iles d’Or that gather the Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant islands.
Our residence
Vacation Residence Les Floralies is divided in five buildings which make for a calm and secured complex with panoramic swimming pool, located only 40 meters away from the Mediterranean. All our apartments face south and they all include a nice and private terrace that offers our vacationers a clear and panoramic view on the bay.
Adding to this unique location, the magnificent beach of Saint-Clair is a five-minute walk from Les Floralies: the beach is made of fine sand in a sheltered bay, where you can practice all kinds of water sports and enjoy the pleasures of the sea. For bike lovers, a bicycle lane that runs along the rocky coastline and allows you to cycle up to Pramousquier. The lane comes past the vacation residence and awaits you for a wonderful ride.
Finally, caring about your wellbeing and your comfort, the team working at Les Floralies is at your disposal 7/7, so we can make sure you spend a pleasant vacation with us.
Accomodations
Vacation Residence Les Floralies offers weekly rentals, from Saturday to Saturday.
Distributed among five calm and private buildings – Les Floralies and Le PAnoramix – our apartments for rental range from studios to 4-bedroom flats, all facing south and including a terrace with an exceptional view on the bay of Saint-Clair, the Le Levant island, Port Cros and the Cap Bénat.
Free access to the panoramic swimming pool of the residence and the solarium are included. A closed and secured parking space for your car is also included in the rental of one of our apartments.

April, May, and October : 9 a.m. 30 to 6 p.m.
June, July, August, and September : 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

We try to do everything possible to ensure that your holiday takes place in the best conditions.
We ask you to respect the rules of the swimming pool and in particular the rules of hygiene in order to keep in the water of the basin all its limpidity and its cleanliness.
So we remind you that it is strictly forbidden to walk with shoes and to wear bath shorts.
